John focuses his practice on shareholder derivative litigation.

John expects to receive his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in May 2023. At Seton Hall Law, he served as a Co-Chair of the Mock Trial Team, an editor of the Seton Hall Sports, Entertainment & Gaming Law Blog, and as a member of the Criminal Law Society and Entertainment & Sports Law Society. In April 2020, John received his B.A. in Political Science and History, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.

John’s admission to each of the New York bar and the Pennsylvania bar is pending.
